RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DIGITAL GOODS
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Special Note: The right of withdrawal expires for contracts regarding the delivery of digital content not stored on a physical data carrier (eSIM) if we have begun execution of the contract.
Early Expiration
By purchasing and receiving the eSIM QR code, you expressly agree that we begin execution of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the execution of the contract has begun.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
